Usually, when asked what super power I’d like to have, the ability to be invisible is always at the top of my list. However, in the case of today’s prompt and being forced to only choose one, I was immediately drawn to the idea of having anywhere doors. The ease of travel without the hassle of a machine or a pesky helmet on my head is a win-win.
As I mentioned in yesterday’s post, I have an extreme case of travel bug syndrome so the wheels immediately started turning as I pondered where all I could go! The list of places I would venture to was a no brainer but the further I drifted off, I had to remind myself that this was only a prompt and unfortunately, my anywhere doors needed to close so I could get back to reality and work.

I live in Toronto, Canada and Ive been to all the other locations and I can tell you from personal experience that Amsterdam is very overrated. Toronto and NYC are very similiar (both amazing) and Jamaica is great but not the best. Paris is amazing ! Hope you end up seeing all the places you’ve listed 🙂

Thanks for sharing your insight. On this list, I’ve only been to NYC before but didn’t get to stay long enough. There’s just something about getting away that does it for me, even if it turns out to be overrated. I hope to start checking them off soon! 🙂

A time-machine would be my knee-jerk choice. I’ve got a lot of things in my past that I’d like to revisit and set straight. But, I also like the idea of the ‘anywhere door’ a lot.
Italy, Greece (especially Santorini), and Japan (especially Nagasaki, Hiroshima, Kyoto, and Osaka). Of course, too, there’s Bermuda.
I’m not much of an international traveler. I’ll travel all over the States, but I just really have no burning desire to explore other places until I’ve exhausted the journey to be had here. LOL.
Still … that time machine sounds so tempting.

Great post, I can see there is a lot of post for anywhere doors. I prefer the time machine and traveling back in time. But an anywhere door could be useful in everyday situation like leaving work and entering home through one door.
